you'd never believe it.

remember i swore off poetry? Remeber how much i loathe it. Remember how i have had not the slightest inclination to pen a poem in say erm... almost five years?

well, i did something stupid last week. i penned a poem. Valar help us all. it's on the poetry page, at http://fazypoetry.blogspot.com/2004/05/on-love.html It's a love poem with a difference... but if you've read my little blue book of poems (the one i've threatened to burn time and time again but which is still sitting on the highest shelf of my book cabinet gathering dust) you would know how erm.. bitter my love poetry is.

this one is no different.

i cant quite help it. i'm bitter and i'm jaded, which is really sad for someone so young, but i hate how romantic love completely and utterly screws up my life. Cant live with it, cant live without it, eitehr way it completely screws us up. i *hate* it. i feel like i'm being toyed with by some external force... dispicable.

so chins up m'dears. fazy might be in love, but dont expect any odes from this gal. my experience of love has always been less than pleasant.
